There is no cohesiveness to this page, it on my perpetual list of things to do. I recently married Sanford Smith, also a pharmacist and so far all is well. Welcome!!! This is the web home of Laura Helicher. I called it corgidog.com because of my living Pembroke Welch Corgi, Newman, and those who have passed , Benny, Trevor, and Audrey. The purpose of this web is to enlighten, entertain and educate all my visitors. Should I admit that I am plagued by procrastination. The last time I updated this page I had been employed for over a year and it is now approaching two years. Eventually I will elaborate. I also hesitate to put this in print because that adds another layer of reality but here's what happened. My corgi Trevor passed May 5th 2003 - that's as much as I can say. Update - It is now April 2004 and to my disbelief Audrey has joined Trevor. She passed away March 15 2004. She lived a long and happy life and we all miss her. I am now recuperating from a total knee replacement, October 2004 and must say my recovery has been helped so much by the support of my friends specifically Laurie. She can always make me laugh no matter how down I am. On October 2005, I had the pleasure of marrying Sanford Smith, also a pharmacist and so far all is well. Though I have had the past few months to work on the page due to my "knee problem" as of today I vow to devote more time to making this web site more than rudimentary. What a crock! I am the queen of procrastinators. My father passed away. That's all I can say for now.... Today is May 3 2010. I have been working with a new computer for 2 weeks and I can finally publish!!! I think this whole page should be reversed. July 31, 2010 - Newman is gone. I don't know if I will ever feel whole again. I am enjoying Sanford. Our minds are melding.
